Good to know

This space is perfect the weekend getaway, visiting your favorite sports event or traveling for business. There are 2 desk spaces with one printer and complimenatry WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped - ranging from our coffee bar to fully renovated kitchen with gas range. We also offer full use of our washer and dryer (detergent is supplied). This bungalow also offers a large back deck with privacy fence - great for your morning coffee or reading and relaxing. Raleigh just opened its first Wegmans Grocery store (a few minutes away/Wake Forest Rd) so you may want to venture out to stock up the kitchen for your stay. Parking: Plenty of parking space in the long driveway.

Upon check out, Please put your sheets and towels in the wash and Load and Run the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes. Early Check-In is $30.00 per hour Late Check-Out is $30.00 per hour This is a quiet and private neighborhood and any gatherings are Strictly Prohibited. Any guests that stay in the home Must be noted on the reservation. In consideration of the neighbors, I ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 9 PM. No smoking on the premises. There will be a $350 fine for any evidence of smoking In or around the unit.

Kim was an amazing host and the space was immaculate! Very clean and inviting. Kim was very clear about instructions and made sure to make us aware that she was available if we need her! Great home, excellent host communication. Stayed for a quick overnight on a road trip and were very happy / satisfied with our choice here. Would definitely do it again, and for a longer stay if we were going to be in the area longer.

This is definitely a beautiful place for you if you like the feeling of being surround by nature but having easy access to restaurants, places of interest, and necessary conveniences (grocery store/gas station/Uber). Inside it is cozy and comfy. I loved very moment of my stay!

We had a great stay at Kim’s lovely cottage! The location was quiet and peaceful but a short drive to lots of great restaurants and activities. We loved how close it was to the farmers market and had a great time walking around there shopping and eating lunch. It was also a short drive to the Lenovo Center for us to enjoy a Hurricanes game. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and we all had a great night’s sleep. We would happily stay at Kim’s again!

On a really crappy weather day. We were rescued by what felt like coming home. Whole house looks designed to feel inviting. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac which I imagine enhances it if your visit doesn’t have 2 inches of snow (that’s apparently a lot in NC 😂)

This was such a cute little house that provided just the right space for our short stay in NC over the holidays. The rooms were spacious and the space was cozy and quaint, and it was less than 10 minutes away by car from downtown Raleigh. There’s also a really nice playground less than a 5 minute walk from the house.

Wonderful home! Everything was clean and tidy and Kim was incredibly nice, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. There were also very clear instructions within the house. I would highly recommend this home and would love an opportunity to stay there again when I'm in the Raleigh area.
